Crain’s Detroit Business’ annual ranking reflects employees’ satisfaction, leadership opportunities and understanding of company’s long-term strategy.

The annual ranking conducted by the publication recognizes companies with the highest levels of employee satisfaction and engagement as measured by employees’ input to a confidential survey assessing attitudes toward the firm’s leadership, culture and work environment. The rankings were revealed at a virtual event on Aug. 14, 2020, and are published in the Aug. 17, 2020, issue of Crain’s Detroit Business.
