Kinder, senior project manager, is a member of the firm’s highway design group in both the Kansas City and Southern California offices. Kinder has more than 30 years of varied experience in all phases of design, from planning and conceptual to preliminary, right-of-way and final design, and he’s played a major role in the management, design and construction document preparation for more than 15 major interchanges. He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
