The NAVSEA Headquarters project is the largest single office project ever awarded by the Navy. It provides approximately one million SF of office space and 1,500 parking spaces. This project involved the adaptive reuse of two historic industrial buildings as offices, construction of a new office building and a parking garage. HNTB, in partnership with the Turner Construction Company, was selected for this $165M, design/build contract with the Engineering Field Activity.
