This dynamic building design contains 455,000-SF with an adjacent 900-car parking garage. The design concept centers around a large, five-level atrium. The exterior of the building is composed of three colors of brick on pre-cast concrete panels and is highlighted by a clear glass, multiple configuration window system. Completed in two years, this design-build project is viewed as a model project in the Federal Government’s design-build program.
