HNTB prepared a master plan and development plan for several new buildings in support of the Joint Strike Fighter Task Force. HNTB also developed design-build performance-based RFP documents to assist in the implementation of the $25-30M in new construction planned for the facilities. The master plan involves extensive site and parking improvements, and the development of 3 new buildings: high-bay engine maintenance and engineering office building, a research and development engineering office building, and a research and development engineering laboratory building to be an addition to an existing hangar.
