The new national headquarters for the IRS is a 1.2 million-SF complex located adjacent to the New Carrollton Metro/Amtrak station in Prince George’s County. The complex accommodates approximately 4,400 employees in three, precast concrete and blue glass curtainwalled, 9-story buildings with 450 parking spaces provided in a two-level under-ground parking structure, immediately west of the main office building complex.
