HNTB assisted with site selection, test fits, development of lease work letter, base building analysis and complete interior design, documentation and construction administration services for this 140,000-SF space. 15,000-SF of conferencing and reception space are centralized for efficient use of space, equipment and food services. HNTB utilized a palette of stone, wood and glass clerestory to model the addition after the 2004 design. The new space consists of a half-floor addition to attorney offices and the renovation and addition to support space.
