HNTB, as design architect in association with MSKTD & Associates of Fort Wayne, provided programming, schematic design, design development and structural engineering services for the expansion and renovation of the Grand Wayne Center. The project included the addition of 50,000-SF of subdivisible multi-purpose exhibition/assembly space, reconfiguration of the existing multi-purpose hall into a 19,000-SF ballroom and 10,000 SF of additional meeting room space.
