HNTB designed and oversaw construction of major renovations to the infield of Daytona Speedway. This design-build project included a Fan Zone that highlights a Fan Deck, suites, club, and race car ports where fans can view the cars up close. The Daytona Speedway is the site of NASCAR’s most prestigious race since 1959 – the Daytona 500, also known as “the show.” The track is 2.5 miles long and the entire facility rests on 500+ acres.
