For Dallas, the Trinity Parkway serves as the road to greater quality of life. This toll road, to be built by the North Texas Tollway Authority, is the transportation component of the Trinity River Corridor Project, a gigantic effort to renew 20 miles of downtown Dallas. City officials say the toll road and its companion park will catalyze economic development in the underdeveloped corridor.
