Linda Bohlinger, Director National Management Consulting
Linda Bohlinger is a nationally recognized transportation funding expert and industry leader with over 30 years of transportation industry experience in both the public and private sector. She leads HNTB’s national management consulting practice, which provides a variety of services supporting innovative financial options and funding strategies for major public transportation infrastructure projects.
She has hands-on expertise working with state departments of transportation and other public transportation agencies to develop and implement capital programs, funding strategy plans, financial plans, public-private partnership financial analyses and innovative financial strategies. Her clients include transportation providers, governmental agencies at the local, state and federal levels, developers and public-private partnerships.
Her previous public-sector experience includes executive director of South Florida’s Tri-County Commuter Rail Authority (Tri-Rail), CEO and deputy CEO for the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, deputy director for Transit Development with the California Transportation Commission and other positions in regional government.
Bohlinger is active in the transportation industry and is chair of the American Public Transportation Foundation, the charitable affiliate of the American Public Transportation Association, and board member of the California Transportation Foundation.
