As head of HNTB’s national toll services group, Jack Finn and his team of experts work with turnpike and toll authorities across the country. His lead role at HNTB, numerous leadership efforts with professional organizations, interaction with Wall Street and 30 years of toll engineering experience make Finn a national expert on the latest transportation financing options as well as toll industry news.

Finn previously participated in a surface transportation summit at the White House regarding toll roads and public–private partnerships. Invited by the U.S. Department of Transportation to express the engineering community’s point of view, he was one of 10 panelists selected to educate U.S. legislators about innovative financing techniques.
