Referral Program

As a part of our strategic effort to hire the best professionals in our industry, HNTB has established an incentivized employee referral program to encourage employees to assist in the hiring of qualified applicants for open positions.

Employees are invited to consider talented individuals whom they’ve worked with in the past or know through professional or educational association.  The company will pay a $1,000 bonus to an employee who refers an individual who is subsequently hired for a full-time non-exempt position or $2,500 for the referral of an individual who is hired for a full-time exempt position.
