PARSIPPANY, N.J. (Jan. 7, 2019) – William Birch joined HNTB Corporation as senior project manager and associate vice president, leading the firm’s work for the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

He is based in HNTB’s newly opened fourth office in the state, located in the Crossroads Corporate Center, 3150 Brunswick Pike. The office opened in support of the firm’s commitment to client service and opportunities for continued growth in New Jersey.
