ONTARIO, Calif. (May 11, 2017) – Sam Saghafi, PE, joined HNTB Corporation as principal engineer in the Inland Empire. He joined the Ontario office team and will play a major role in supporting the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority program management and construction management contract for the Interstate 10 Corridor Express Lanes project. “I am pleased to welcome Sam to HNTB,” said Khalil Saba, HNTB Inland Empire office leader and vice president. “Sam’s remarkable accomplishments at Caltrans and his wide-ranging knowledge and extensive background in designing and delivering complex transportation infrastructure projects will strengthen HNTB’s capabilities in the region, and enable us to better serve our clients’ needs in the Inland Empire.”
